Here is a quick example of our refurbishing process:

We start of by stripping the machine to pieces. When each part has been fully dismantled we are then able to heavily scrutinise each component to check for any faults or damage.

 If faulty we will then repair that component to an extremely high standard or simply replace the part, with the same model in full working condition.

 Each part that is deemed to fit to use, are then cleaned and disinfected to remove any old dirt, bacteria and bad odours.

 The motor is then tested using our specialist motor testing device. If the motor fails this test it will then be replaced.

 Each roller bearing is then lubricated and replaced if neccasary, whilst each foot plate brush is cleaned and has it’s bristles checked for suitable length.

 The electrical power cable, internel wiring and any electrical components are inspected for safety by our engineers, with damage parts being replaced with new either new cable/component.

Each Dyson has been tested for electrical safety and PAT tested in accordance with the current UK standards

 All hoses, seals and handle are thoroughly cleaned, and inspected for any splits or damage. The machine is then rebuilt and supplied with two lifetime filters and a crevice tool, dusting brush and stair tool.

Shipping, Payment and Returns Policy

We accept terms of payment by PayPal, Bank Transfer, Postal Order, Credit Card or Personal Cheque. All items are dispatched immediatley after payment has been recieved. But please note that items paid for by check will be dispatched after the funds have been fully cleared. Please note we aim to deliver each item with 2 working days. We use FedEx parcel service to deliver our parcels, so shipment can be between 2-4 working days.All our items come with a 6 Months RTB (return to base) Warranty. Please Note Customers Are Responsible For Return Shipping Costs. Any problems must be reported within 7 days of receipt for the rest of the warranty period the customer is responsible for the collection and return postage which we will arrange at cost.
