item may have some slight cosmetic imperfections, but no more then you would expect with a used item

We also stock most secondhand parts for most dyson models all in good clean condition

any of our items that are sent via insured post carry a 7 day no hassle return warranty. obviously if you do not insure the item it will be of course be uninsured and any damage, either internally or externally will be the buyers sole responsibility
