The balls manouverability is the main feature for in and out of furniture and under kitchen unit edges due to the lower height of the brush roll assembly (usuall problem  with the dc04 07 14 range )
 The balls brush roll can also  be turned off with a switch on the handle so  can still can be used on either laminate flooring, tiles or deep pile rugs
Fully dismantled cleaned and deoderised ,any faulty parts have been changed ,this particular one required just the usual 3hr strip and clean out
A real joy to use  
Phenominal 100% full suction  lifts the carpet
Cable extends 28ft
Hose and  telescopic handle are extendable so covers 12 steps or 12ft
Well recomended if you have pets for the hair traffic as i know personally
Good quality  cleaned dyson filters fitted  
 Excellant working condition, downside is i have to do  the vacing  in the home  before selling on ,has been run for 20 minutes aswell  to make sure things are ok
