These units are from MAJOR RETAILER’S or MANUFACTURER’S Ex-display or Customer Returns and NOT pre-owned unless stated otherwise.

If stated BRAND NEW condition – the unit is an Ex-display in BRAND NEW Condition and some parts of the item may be sealed. For example on a Surround Sound System, the speakers may be sealed.

If stated BRAND NEW – the unit is not an EX-display, it is BRAND NEW.

They have been fully tested to 100% working order.  All boxes have been opened for this reason and this reason only.

Items although in Excellent condition, may have very light, minor cosmetic blemishes on them.  We try our best to accurately describe each and every item for your peace of mind.

The packaging will not neccesarily be in perfect condition, we will state whether or not the packaging is the original or a replacement used.

The User Manual may be on a CD if we do not have the original.

Guarantee

I personally guarantee all purchases for 30 days from the receipt of goods, should the goods not be as described, fail to work and have not been subject to misuse or abuse. I also offer a no nonsense DOA Dead On Arrival guarantee.

Returns Policy

In the event of a fault during the 30 day warranty period we will arrange a collection, then upon receiving that unit, repair/replace accordingly.  We will then dispatch the repaired/replacement unit to you.  If the unit turns out not to be faulty, which it sometimes does, we will charge you for the collection and re-delivery costs.

All returns must be agreed with a member of our staff before being returned.

All items are security marked to aid fraud prevention.  All items have warranty seals on them, these must not be removed.  If they are found to have been removed/tampered with, the warranty will become is void.

Delivery

Item will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared.

We only deliver to mainland UK.

We use a 24/48 Hour Express Delivery Service - Monday to Friday dispatch only.

For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, a surcharge of £8.50 is added to the delivery charge, please do not pay immediately, wait for us to send you the correct invoice.

We do not deliver to the Isle of Wight, N.Ireland or S.Ireland.

Delivery time quoted is subject to all postal conditions.

Should your item fail to arrive, for whatever reason please contact us straight away so we can chase it up for you.

Delivery once payment has cleared takes 1 – 2 business working days. 

Collecting items

Collection can be arranged, please email us so we can book you in and you give you all the details.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Cheque, Postal orders, and Bank transfers.

When paying by bank transfer could you please reference it with the ebay listing number.

When paying by postal order could you please not cross them as this will take even longer to process with the bank, resulting in more time waiting for your item.
